High-Performance Remote Retainer

Weekly biomechanical feedback across a full season. Limited to six athletes.

A continuous async working relationship: weekly footage, weekly frame-accurate technical reports, and specific training adjustments throughout the season. No calls. No scheduling. The analysis arrives, you train against it.

By application. Roster capped at 6 athletes.

The structure

A continuous season-long engagement, not a one-off session.

The retainer is designed for high-performance athletes who need ongoing biomechanical accountability across a season. The value compounds: by week four, the reports are tracking adaptation against prior findings. By week eight, the data shows a clear trajectory.

The athlete drops footage. The analysis arrives. The athlete trains against it. That cycle repeats, weekly, for as long as the retainer runs. There is no Zoom call to book, no coach to coordinate with on timing. The async structure makes it compatible with any training environment, any time zone.

All communication is written and in-app. Questions about findings, requests for clarification, notes on training response - all handled asynchronously, all documented, all available to review.

What the retainer includes

Four recurring deliverables. Every week.

The retainer is simple in structure. The complexity is in the analysis, not the administration.

Weekly footage drop

The athlete uploads raw high-frame-rate footage from practice or competition each week. No scheduling. No calls. The footage arrives asynchronously and analysis begins immediately.

Weekly asynchronous report

A written technical report delivered each week covering stroke findings, velocity data, phase timing, and specific adjustments. The report is cumulative - it builds on prior weeks so progression is visible and quantified.

Technical adjustments

Where the weekly report identifies a correction, the adjustment is documented with the specific drills, timing cues, and feedback checkpoints that allow the athlete and coach to train against it with precision.

In-app written communication

All communication between athlete and analyst is asynchronous and written. No calls, no Zoom, no scheduling conflicts. The exchange is focused, documented, and available to review at any time.

The roster cap

Why six athletes and no more.

01

Each athlete receives individual frame-accurate analysis every week. That work cannot be delegated or automated.

02

The depth of the weekly report is calibrated to a capped roster. Expanding the roster without degrading quality is not possible.

03

Scarcity is structural, not marketing. When a place opens, it is listed here.
